Trusting Loving Connections
- Caregivers identifying as female of children 0-12 years of age
A 10-week group for caregivers parenting children between birth and 12. The program seeks to offer support to caregivers to gain a better understanding of how their own childhood experiences and attachment relationships affect their parenting and their relationships with their children.
In partnership with Women’s Crisis Services
Where: 700 Heritage Drive, Kitchener (Anselma House
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 10:00-11:30 AM.

Circle of Security (Virtual)
- Caregivers of children ages 0-12
An 8-week program to support caregivers to see their child’s behaviour through an attachment lens. The program supports caregivers in understanding their child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs.
The caregivers learn ways to help their child manage emotions, develop better self-esteem, and enhance their attachment.
Where: Virtual
Day: Thursdays
Time: 1:00-2:30 PM.

Make the Connections 1
- Caregivers and their Infants
- Birth to 12 months of age
This interactive program combines parent-baby activities, parent discussions and so much more. Find ways to help your baby feel close to you and better discover his/her world.
In partnership with Cambridge Family and Early Years Centre.
Where: 73 Water Street, N., Cambridge (Upper Parking lot) Cambridge Family Early Years Centre

Incredible Kids
- Children 4-8 years of age.
This fun after school program is packed with interactive activities that support children to develop tools, such as to improving their relationships with both children and adults, empathy, self-esteem, identification and labelling of feelings, problem solving mindful and many more!
In partnership with House of Friendship.
Where: 1064G Courtland Ave. E., Kitchener (Courtland Community Centre)
Day: Tuesday.
Time: 4:00-5:30.
Dates: September 24-November 12.

Mindful Kids
- Kids 8-10 years old.
A 6-week hangout for kids to talk about and learn more about Mindfulness through a variety of activities and exercises.
In partnership with Lang Community Health Centre.
Where: 1145 Concession R., Cambridge (Langs Community Healthy Centre).
Day: Mondays
Time: 4:00-4:45 PM

Inspire Group
- Children/Youth 9-11 years of age.
- Grades 4-6.
Inspire is a free, afterschool group for youth in Grades 4-6.
Join us for fun and games, where they will discuss topics including bullying, family changes, building empathy within the world around us to support a healthy future and much more.
In partnership with Women’s Crisis Services.
Where: 1700 Queen’s Blvd., Kitchener (Forest Heights Community Centre)
Day: Wednesdays.
Time: 4:45-5:45 PM.
Dates: September 25-November 13.

Resilient Rebels
- Youth (Grade 9 and/or 14 + years of age).
The RR group allows opportunities for youth to gain valuable experience/skills, personal growth, leadership, empowerment, local/global awareness, positive peer connections/social interactions, community connections and earn volunteer hours, that can be put towards resumes, job applications and high school community service hours.
Youth will also enjoy a delicious homemade meal each night
Where: 65 Hanson Ave., Kitchener (Family Centre).
Day: Tuesdays (Bi-Weekly).
Time: 5:00-7:30.
Dates: October 8 -June 10, 2025.
Facilitators: Tammy Hall-Stoll and Amy Bannerman.
Tween Scene (& everything in-between)
Tween Scene is an 8-week program that focuses on building inner resiliency through an interactive environment.
Topics and discussions will include social media, cyber bullying/bullying, addictions and enhancing emotional well-being, stress reduction techniques, and other important topics regarding pre-adolescence.
Where: 65 Hanson Ave., Kitchener (Family Centre).
Day: Wednesdays.
Time: 3:45pm - 5:00pm.
Dates: Oct 23 to Dec 11, 2024.
