Made by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee Reference Group on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Emergency Setting , the World Health Organization and 50 other organizations, it is available in العربية (Arabic), 中文 (简) (Chinese), Español (Spanish), Français (French),Italiano(Italian),Português(Portuguese), русский (Russian)and other 12 languages
